Isaiah O. Aina is the founder and CEO of Regent Energy, where he leads renewable energy strategy, site development, and procurement solutions for enterprise clients and infrastructure developers. With over a decade of experience spanning the U.S. and international markets, he specializes in solar, wind, storage, and grid integration with a focus on large-load customers such as data center operators.

Before establishing Regent Energy, Aina held senior roles at NextEra Energy Resources, Sargent & Lundy, and KDM Engineering. He has led pre-construction assessments for more than 10 GW of solar-plus-storage assets, guided interconnection and grid integration strategies across major U.S. markets, and advised on renewable co-location opportunities with hyperscale clients including Google, Meta, and Amazon.

Aina holds a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University, and an Entrepreneurship Certificate from Cornell University.
