EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 

Yetunde O. Aina is the Chief Operating Officer of Regent Energy, where she oversees organizational strategy, project delivery, and operational excellence across the firm’s renewable energy and infrastructure portfolio. With more than a decade of experience as a lead architect and project manager in Nigeria and the United States, she brings deep expertise in large-scale infrastructure planning, construction oversight, and cross-disciplinary team management.

Before joining Regent Energy, Aina served as Lead Architect at ARDC in Abuja, where she directed design development, construction supervision, and project execution for residential, commercial, and institutional developments. Her portfolio includes major national infrastructure projects such as Nigeria’s new international airports in Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Port-Harcourt, and Kano, as well as university facilities in Maryland and Baltimore. Earlier in her career, she worked with MS Engineers Inc. in Maryland and SP Arch in Baltimore, where she refined her expertise in architectural consulting, design review, and technical drawing development.

Aina holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Environmental Design, each with honors, from Morgan State University. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects and the Golden Key International Honor Society and holds a PMP certification.
